  • My parents use a Formuler Z11 Pro Max to watch TV in the living room. In the bedroom they use a Formuler Z10.

    The image of the Z11 Pro Max regularly froze. The only way to watch again is to turn the device off and on again. They have also already swapped both devices (Z11 to bedroom, Z10 to living room) but this also offers no relief.

    I use the same setup in another place of residence. Same internet provider, same devices (Z11 Pro Max and Z10) and same IPTV provider. However, we never have any problems. What could that be?

  • I wonder, are they attempting to use both devices at the same time when they might only be enabled to use one device at a time as part of their subscription?

    If they are enabled for one device, are you certain they are turning one of them off to either standby or full power off?

    I ask because if they are enabled for one device use at a time, if the other is left on and connected to their service, it will most certainly cause glitching and freezing.

  • internet/network issue?

    Do you and your parents use ethernet or wifi?

    Try disconnect modem and reset router.

    I have the exact same problem! Have an Formuler Z11 Pro Max. And after the latest software update I can´t watch iptv anymore. I can´t even change channels. If i change channels with my up/down button, i can change channel maybe 3-5 times before everything freezes. And if i use the EPG to change channel, it freezes on the first try.


    Then i have to download the url again, and often get´s the message that there´s no internet connection. And It doesn´t matter if i use a cable or wi-fi

  • Also done, didn't help either. Moreover, the strange thing is that it gives the same problem on the Formuler Z10 and on the Z11 Pro Max.

    Sorry i answered on Douvier`s issue report.

    In your case i would restart router first on parents side, test and if same happens, deactivate old and create new portal but this time using one of your fine working sub`s. If that solves the issue, then is something wrong with parents subs. and provider need to refresh them or give new url and login data.
