No option to add portal

      Hi everyone,

      I bought a Formuler Z11 Pro Max last year from a reseller who did register me to a provider and did configure my device.

      My one year subscription is now over and unfortunately the reseller doesn't exist anymore.
      I started a new registration myself with that same provider so now I have my login password and URL info. I used them on a Formuler Z10 and it works fine.

      I now want to configure my Formuler Z11 Pro Max with these credentials, but it seems the reseller did lock the possibility to add new source.
      When in MyTVOnline3 I go to settings and sources, I have the portal configured by the reseller, but no option to add a new one.

      I did a factory reset on the formuler, I did uninstall and reinstall MyTVOnline3 but I still end up with that previous source and no option do add a new one.

      How can I fully get back to a "clean" install where I'll be able to add new source?

    • What was you expecting to happen? Being able to add the portal of my new provider
    • What happened instead? I don't have the option to add a new portal
    • How can we reproduce the issue you are having? I hope for you you won't have this issue :smiling_face:
    • What have you tried if anything to rectify the issue?
      - factory reset from the Formuler Settings
      - Uninstall / reinstall MyTVOnline3
      - install a previous version of MyTVOnline3

    For people getting on this thread, here is the short version of the solution :

    - Go to the settings of the Formuler (not the MyTVOnline)

    - Go to System Information

    - Go down to the latest option in the menu (don't go in)

    - Press 10 times 0 on your remote control and the Formuler will start to fully reinstall.
