Provider mode

I need a lil help. I work for a company that purchased over 300 z10 boxes. The company we purchased from is not longer around all of a sudden. We would like to program these boxes with our own provider now. We have these z10 around 25 locations. So programming and activating thru Mac address is easiest. Any instructions on how to access this mode to hide credentials.

Sam, I have sent a request thru tech support for the tool a couple of times with no response yet. Is there any other place I could get the molconfig tool as you suggested?
