My problem is that my internet connection is very poor when I measure via my Formuler Z11 pro.
It fluctuates a lot but is often between 60 and 90mbps which means that I can't watch TV, especially there are channels where the sound and picture don't match.
I have a 1000mbps up and down connection and when I do the same test on my PC it is about 830mbps.
I have tried moving the Formula box all the way to the Router and putting in a new cable.
This didn't help. The problem is the same when it runs wireless. As I see it, there is a problem in the Formuler Box, but what ?
What can i do ?
Internet speed disappears on Z11 Pro

If you're using a web browser to measure the speed the measurement will never be correct.
Using a VPN will always slow down the measured speed.
Use an app like analiti to measure the speed.
Finally, the speed achieved on your sub $200 Formuler will never match the speed on a PC that costs many times more and has much higher performance.

I don't use VPN, and I measure speed with an app. I've had speeds on my Formuler that matched my PC.

Hi, I have 3gbps (yes, 3 gigabit!) fiber in Canada and full 2.5g networking gear house-wide
I also buy Formuler devices by the 10-pack, so I am very familiar with them
In my vast experience and much testing, the boxes will easily pull close to their full 1gbps when connected via straight ethernet. If you aren't getting this without a VPN enabled, then you need to investigate your own network, especially if that's via ethernet.
However, if you enable a VPN, whether OpenVPN protocol or WireGuard, the speeds WILL significantly decline, sometimes from 900mbps down to 100mbps.
I have a feeling this is an embedded Android issue or even common CPU imbalance on all Android devices, as you can quickly jump on Google itself and type in something like 'gigabit android box decreases to 100mbps when vpn enabled' and find no shortage of people with more severe problems than you
The good thing is this: You don't need anywhere need 100mbps to stream IPTV reliably, and with the added protection of the VPN it makes it well worth it.If you have an IPTV that exceeds even 25mbps sustained, I'd love to hear about it, because that's where legit Netflix tends to max out. Send me a DM immediately so I can do testing.
In a nutshell: Don't sweat it, it's not a race for maximum speed and you would benefit absolutely nothing from 100mbps to 1000mbps if your IPTV service is only 5mbps.
ENJOY
And remember to enable the wonderful Private DNS setting to Quad9. -

After looking at your original post's photos again, it is remarkable that the upload speed on your Z11 Pro is measured at 702Mpbs which is close to the theoretical max speed. The download speed looks capped however.
Another insight is the ping to your speed test server on the Z11 is very bad: 285ms. This value should be sub-10ms or less than 50ms. Try to change the testing server location to one that is closer to you.

I just tried connecting my old Z8 to do a test. Here is the difference between the 2.

The ping is too high on the z11. Make sure you're not using any VPN on the Z11 when doing the test.
Check your network configuration on the Z11 or reset the network settings and try again.

I don't use VPN and have tried resetting all internet settings, nothing helped. It doesn't matter if I use cable or wifi, the speed doesn't change. Something is happening in the Box.
-
Check other ethernet cable.
Push it far enough in ethernet port.
Did you make the utp/ethernet cable yourself?
Please try other cable.
Edit: you did already is see. But was it an original cat5e, cat6 or cat7 cable?
And not self made?
-
Original cat 6 cable, tested with 2 different brand new ones. The problem is also on Wifi. So it shouldn't be the cable.
-
Have you tried with alternative DNS settings? Some DNS providers is deliberately trying to counter IPTV providers, so you might get a better ping by fiddling with how you actually acces your route to the Internet

I use Nordvpn and the protocol was on automatically.
I changed to Nordlynx and then the speed became much faster. -

Glad you fixed it my friend

Find out why the ping is so high. If you fix the ping the speeds will improve.

Threat protection can also be off!

NordVPN DNS versus Quad9 DNS:
NordVPN DNS servers are kinda like smart dns, it will allow you to unblock streaming sites. Also the dns inquires stay within Nord’s VPN servers, so there is “no leaks”, which can mean different things to people.NordVPN
Primary DNS (preferred DNS): 103.86.96.100
Secondary DNS (alternate DNS):103.86.99.100
NordVPN operates its own secure DNS servers. The primary and secondary servers above are NordVPN’s public DNS servers, which can be freely used by anyone. NordVPN’s private DNS servers are used by NordVPN apps and can only be accessed by users with an active NordVPN subscription.
Just like the top DNS service providers on this list, NordVPN’s DNS servers are fast and protected against DNS-specific threats (like DNS poisoning). By default, NordVPN’s DNS servers do not filter your DNS queries, but you can implement DNS filtering against malicious domains with NordVPN’s Threat Protection Pro feature if you wish.
NordVPN apps also offer smart DNS as part of NordVPN’s SmartPlay feature. What is smart DNS, you ask? It’s a technology that redirects your DNS queries to other DNS servers if the page you requested is not available in your region. SmartPlay helps you access your favorite content from home safely while traveling abroad.
