Did you find a solution? I have 2 Z10 boxes, both have freezing problems. I have unplugged, confirmed software is up to date, deleted and reinstalled MyTVOnline2. What else? Is there a setting that may be affecting this?

Is it a stable paid provider?
I hope you dont use wifi. Wifi drops often.
Try it with a ethernet cable. And if then the same problem try trail of paid vpn like nordvpn, surfshark etc.

Try with free 24h trial from other provider, could be resource issues from current provider.

Try another iptv provider and check if your firewall is set to low on your router.
Sone new routers from internet provider blocking iptv and are setup on high protection.
In united kingdom there is a internet provider that blocking iptv.
There is a thread about it somewhere on forum.

I have no problems at all using vpn ask first you provider if the line is international or only set for the country you live.
It can be GEO blocked.
