  • Currently I have the Z11 Pro Max BT and I have a slight audio delay of about -200 on every channel compared to the movement of the lips, so what I currently do is everytime I watch something I manually set audio delay to -200ms, but this resets every episode or after turning on / off the formuler.

Is there any way I can fix this delay or set this permanently?

  • Why actually you have this? Provider issue?
or because an AVR or Soundbar?

If this happens once for one channel i would be fine with it, but not permanent.

Using a Samsung Q990b which is connected to the LG arc input. The formuler is connected to another hdmi input of the LG TV.

It has a permanent -200/250ms delay and the provider is fine for others.

  • And you also have this delay on other software like tivimate? Or only in MyTVonline? VOD also or only Live TV?

So, as we understand, this comes from your setup? Samsung, LG Soundbar.

just to test. What if you plug in the formuler directly into your TV?
With soundbar plugged in and please also plugged out.

Then you still have this delay?

Soundbar is directly into the TV and formuler too.

I will check if it's with tivimate too. I'll get back to you.

  • Maybe you can set your audio delay on the soundbar so it retains the setting?

out of curiosity have you ran the app “Audio Optimiser”?

if not, head to the market app, download and run audio optimiser and let it reboot your box. Once done, test your audio. It may have resolved it for you.
