  • Problem on Playing movies or tv-shows...

    So when you say vod you see image but no sound?

    And in first message you got both not? No image, no sound.

    Z11 can play h264, h265, vp9 or so. Don't know the name of codec on moment. But at my side, i got 4 portals. All play fine.


    Close mytvonline3.

    Go to android settings.

    Set Sound settings from automatic to "use no surround".

    Restart box.


    Start mol3 and test again. Its now no surround. So if you got sound now it's a problem yes with the surround.

    Test that first please.


    So after vod test and you got sound with mol3.

    Close mol3, and go to androidsettings and change sound settings from "use no surround" to automatic.

    Restart box.

    Open mol3 and play movie, if you here again no sound.

    Sent log files: how to send log files

    Btw: play the sound via tv or soundbar/sound system?

  • Smarttube disappeared

    PA1NT and everyone who needs SMARTTUBE.

    Remove first smarttube from your box.

    Download the new stable smarttube. Put it on usb or so.

    In google playstore search for

    "fx file explorer" or "x-plore" app.


    Download that app and via that app install the smarttube app!!

    So start first "fx file explorer" app.

    And via that app you can open usb and or where you have downloaded smarttube.apk

    Install it via fx file explorer app or X-plore app.

    (If you install it direct from usb and or the normal way it will install, but no app logo appears!

    (That's the reason you need to install it via one of those 2 apps.)

    Summary:

    If you use the normal installer from google the app icon won't appear.

    Install it via fx file explorer and or x-plore App.


    I did it myself and a forum friend also that way, and it worked out for us.

    Is your iptv subscription set to vpn at the provider?

    Contact them and let your sub set to a vpn connection.


    You can connect with wifi, but not with ethernet. Only with ethernet and vpn.


    Try with ethernet later as provider set your subscription to vpn connection.

    About the hickups...

    Came it after you install a new app or so?

    Do you use vpn?

    I hope you use ethernet cable and no wifi?

    Ipv6 is off?

    At internet settings at private dns. Try dns quad9 and or cloudfare.

    Then push fast on remote twice on home (house) button. You see all open apps. Push then red button to close them all.

    Restart box due hold onn/off button for 2 seconds and choose Restart/reboot.

    You must choose with a vpn always fastest server or gome country if bo restrictions there.


    VPNs have much ip addresses. Not 10.x.x.x and 192.168.x.x that are local network addreses.

    I think you need connect first to an country. Mostly you see then an ip address other that your home router has normal.


    Nas is local network right?

    So splittunneling it. Faster network speeds.

    It's not 100% stable yet, updates are coming soon. It will be better.

    Stb emulator is mac id.


    Ask to convert your subscription from macid to xtream codes api.

    Url, username and password.

    Much safer and functions like catchup and vod are better.

    Z11 has the AndroidTV playstore, dolby armoa, dts, dts-hd etc, and every app you download works on your box.

    Also faster, better etc.

    Or you go for the Z12. Also the AndroidTV playstore, so all app work on the box and has dolby atmos and dolby vision. I hope your tv has is too.

    Go for the Z12, yes a lot of money and need some updates but is the best device yet. you can go forward for years. Z11 was on launch also not perfect, but that one got some updates from time to time and it’s perfect.

    I advice Z12 if your tv/surround set has dolby atmos, dts, dts-hs, thruehd and your tv has dolby vision.

    Mytvonline3 works great. But there ar updates on the way who make the box better and better. But give the developers some time.

    Cars, tv's and computers get also updates.

    Z12 it's is mate. And also bluetooth remote. So your box can you hide a little bit.

    Black screen can happens if the source of your iptv provider is (temporary) out. Try it later again.

    And or if you have installed on 2 boxes your subscription, and the other one is ON, it can happen too.

    1 device at the same time. (Or you have a double sub)

    Must install it and test it. Think it's a mobile version. But like i said, i need to test it one time.

    Manual fix is to reconnect it yourself.

    Formuler can make a fix like: connect to NAS after 30 seconds or after booting. Within the 30 seconds the vpn is already connected, after 30 seconds that the box connects to nas.

    Just a delay for nas connection.

    Remove audio optimizer. Isn't nessesary on Z12.

    Disable ipv6 on bottom at ethernet settings.

    Rest i think about yet.

    Try first static ip to setup with ethernet.

    And router already restarted?

    Video's you can upload on streamable.com. make an account and upload and place link.

    But it's i known problem i read somewhere. With wifi and with ethernet. Some devices has that bug.

    I don't. I use ethernet cable and vpn and works??

    So not everyone is affected, but the devs are known with the problem.


    Do you use vpn? Tr static ip if you know how to and reboot router also first.

    Bundled is different apk's arm7, arm8 and or androidtv version bundled. All in one.


    Apkm or apks are bundled apk's. Therefore you need special installers like apkmirror installer, file manager plus and or other apks/apkm installers.


    Something like with Windows.

    .exe files and .msi files. Does the same, both install software files.

This week or weekend i saw a forum user who has found a working netfkix version. But he never answered again so i think it's not working. People search for years for working netflix, but use netflix on your tv. my tv have netflix and has dolby vision, 4k, and dolby atmos. So always better on your tv then on your box.

    You say power light goes out. Can be that the adapter is bad.

    You can try a other adapter with the same specifications.


    Maby you can order in your country a z8 power adapter and test it. If it works keep it and if it's not helping sent it back.


    You have younbox already factory reset done. And still not over the problem. So try another adapter and if that doesn't help. Go for a new box i think.

    Again recording error.

    Setup recording via guide this afternoon at 18.00 hours for program. (In mol3 is timeshift activated and at dvr options is the usb (ntfs formatted) selected.)

    I diner at 17.30 and box was ON.

    I come back from diner and again with z12 recording error.

    Pushed manual recording and it records.

    Sometimes it works and sometimes it won't.

    Reformatted usb when i got z12.

    some people igonored to download the codec. And only comes back when you remove mol and reinstall it.

    But the simpliest way is to download audio Optimizer cause some people don't know what a codec is. Then they ask on forum that they have nl sound at some channels and or vod/series.
