Hi i have an exclamation mark on the wi-fi. I've searched the forum and itseems to imply that there is no Internet connection. However there is and a very good one (YouTube works), but I get buffering on vods from my servic provide, where previously I didn't. Any ideas how to fix this ? Running through a vpn but shouldn't make a difference as nothing has changed since it worked perfectly. Thx

How are you connected MAC/XC/m3u ?
On occasion i get an exclamation mark too, most of the times i can solve the issue by resetting the router, then go to settings>network&internet, and check if you main and saved wifi are present.
It may take some time to get it reconnected.
Do you have an ethernet cable to test?

Youtube works. Strange. Why not the mytvonline app.
Try it without vpn.
Vpn lower speed. Thats normal.
Restart router and do dhcp at ethernet settings.
Restart box then.
And search for fastest vpn server.
Also, contact your iptv provider and tell them you use vpn.
They will set your account to a vpn connection.
Sometimes i have with vpn that i connect to a country and with a ip check it is another country were i bin with connected.

Hi thanks for the reply. I'm connected via m3u. Tried ethernet and no difference. Rebooted the box (and router), and when I did that the ! went. But I don't think it's a total connection issue as the live tv is OK. As the signal is excellent it just seems to effect the some vod. Maybe it's just a slow connection to that particular feed. The thing is it was working fine a couple of days ago, but now this one isn't. I've since tried others and they're ok. Who knows possibly a gremlin maybe in a day or two it will return to normal on that feed.
Possibly just close the post and chalk it ip to experience... or lack of ? Unless anyone else has any ideas ?
Thx

Of some iptv providers get a lot of costumers it get slower and the need extra servers etc.
That cost money. So they do mostly kickout users from the server when they watch longer than 6 or 8 hours without changin channel to save bandwith etc.
And good provider add also extra servers when there are too much users.
Next time. Always reboot router and box etc and try again.
Goodday my friend.

Sorry, if the box indicates that it lost the internet/wifi connection (between router and box), you blame that on the service provider? How does the service provider cut the in-house internet connection? How does the service provider distinguish between live tv and VOD? Please explain. Or does it indicate that the message “lost internet/wifi connection” from Z11 is inaccurate because it didn’t lose internet/wifi connection but the provider cut the stream? Thanks.

Exclamation mark shows only the full inet. con. is not available, in most cases some issue with router. Execute in that case dhcp in your network settings again and reboot both , first router and then the box.
