Press refresh button in Mol2 menu, if successful message comes, test again.
That did not work. As soon as I click on Choose Episode it says Failed to Load VOD Data
Which protocol are you using (Stalker MAC/ID, XC Api or M3U Playlist)?
I'm really new to all this. How do I find that?

I read that but it didn't really help me. If I can't see the info anywhere I'll just not watch those series and find a different box.
Today came new Beta out for Z10 Series. Please Install and test with new update.
I did the update and cleared cache and data and it did not fix the problem.
I was able to find out that it is a stalker protocol.
You can ask your Provider to change you to XC APi with login data, this could solve your issue. You can also try some other free 24h trial sub. from other Provider and check if it there works, maybe is the issue on the current Provider side.

I’m reaching out to report a persistent issue affecting a large number of Formuler Z10 and Z11 Pro units — specifically related to the VOD “TV Series” section.
For over a year, these devices have performed flawlessly with our IPTV setup. However, starting approximately two weeks ago, all affected units began failing to load TV series content. The error typically presents as “Failed to load VOD data,” while live TV and other VOD content (such as movies) continue to work without issue.
This issue is widespread across dozens of devices, and no changes have been made on our end. The IPTV provider insists the problem is on our side, but given the timing and scale of the failure, I suspect it may be related to a recent firmware or MyTVOnline update, or a compatibility issue with how VOD metadata is being parsed.
I would appreciate any guidance or insight from the Formuler team or community. Has anyone else experienced this issue recently? Are there known fixes or workarounds — such as switching to M3U playlist mode — that have proven effective?
