Sorry but can not produce your issue on Z12. Could you please record some small video with phone and upload to streamable.com?

Thank you for making the video.
Ouu, never seen this before
Please, restart your Box once, then go and reproduce the issue, after that send log file to Formuler over Box. Note the tracking No. and post here in this thread. I forwarded the video url already to Formuler. -
I changed the HDMI socket on my TV after that the problem disappeared. I also had a problem that when you put the box in Standby and then when you wanted to start it up, there was only a black picture. But that also disappeared.

Unfortunately, I couldn't check the video because it is expired.
Does the issue go away right away when you change to normal settings instead of classic?
-
Yes, it did. It was only happened when I was in Classic Setting. But now as I said it disappeared when I moved the HDMI cable.

Did you use for the Z12 the hdmi cable from the box itself what was delivered with the box?
Or one that you already had?
-
I use the one I already had.

I use the one I already had.
Always use the delivered hdmi cable with the box.
(Or you must know the hdmi specs of your own cable.)
Likely yours was too old.
