If you have Formuler box, with same subscription for tv.
Is it completely off?

Please more Information!
1. Which Box,
2. What are you using as protocol ((Stalker MAC/ID, XC Api with login data or M3U playlist)?
3. Did you insert the url and data (user+password) correctly? Recheck.
We are not Magicians, please give us more issue data as possible so we can understand what goes wrong on your side. Thx.

Using xcapi all information is correct was working fine and now nothing playing all epg and vod looks fine just doesn’t play
No extra devices with same subscription?
Asked provider already if they have an error?
Did you try change dns to 9.9.9.9?
