    Hi i have a z11 pro max bt1 it worked perfectly a few month and now its stuck on firmware update , i did try recovery mode with pinhole it doesnt give any result and keeps going to firmware update process then gets stuck . I did try to reach the resaler but he doesnt reply at all , i have a bill with serial number , do you think i could do anything to make it work again or to claim my warranty directly through formuler ?

    Can you make with your mobile phone a wifi hotspot?

    Connect with your z11 to your phone wifi hotspot and try update again.
