Hi all, currently have a formuler Z12 ultra and also the Z11 Pro Max BT1 .
When using Nord VPN on the Z12, it connects fine but when you disconnect the Nord app says you have disconnected but the padlock symbol remains - you then can’t connect to the internet . I then have to go to apps find Nord and force close /stop the app and then everything is fine .
The Z11 with the same Nord account is perfect . Anyone recommend a solution? I have done a factory reset , also made sure to use Nord from the formuler App Store.

Download the updated version from Nord VPN Website, deinstall the old from box and sideload the new one. Test again after reboot.

Update :
Issue remains : uninstalled nord , rebooted formuler z12 , used Google playstore - downloaded Nord 8.31.2-tv. Logged in connected to vpn server and then disconnected , app shows unprotected , system shows padlock , unable to connect to internet without force stopping Nord app. -
In settings turn on automatic protocol and turn off post quantum encryption.
Automatic connect to all networks ON?
If it won't connect check internet connection and or do factory reset.
Om my z11 and z12 mo problems at all.

Nord vpn connects the issue is when I disconnect from the vpn server within the Nord app , press home on the remote but I still have the padlock symbol indicating the vpn is still connected. The system is then in limbo as the app indicates its ‘unprotected’ but the system indicates its connected . So I then have no connection to the internet without force stopping the Nord app

I have no fancy settings - it’s literally downloaded from either playstore or the formuler App Store , login and then connect. My z11 pro max works fine doing the exact same thing

App vs 8.31.2-tv.
There is nothing "'fancy" about TCP (openVPN) protocol,i consulted nord directly ,because i also had periods ,when checking the Nord app that i was unprotected,with open VPN protocol this issue was solved.

I use wireguard the connection is more faster and the box works so smuth
