Running a Z11 Pro and MOL3. Recently the You Tube app has stopped working with a "not supported on this device" error. Prior to a few days ago it was all working fine. I have:
1. Done a factory reset on the box
2. Tried to uninstall/reinstall You Tube app. from the Goggle play store.
3. Ensured all SW is the latest.
4. Searched the forum for a similar issue.
Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks for any and all responses.

Did you try to install YT from Formuler Market,instead from Playstore?
No I am pretty new to using the Formuler boxes. How to access the Formuler Market? I will look for how to do that.
Market is a preinstalled green app with a little trolley/basket icon.Just open this app and you can download and install numerous apps.
I have the same problem and I have installed it from market. Still no luck. Gplay store doesn’t even show the you tube app. I have a Z8

Expat tv? Its not a provider blocked device right? I hate that who does that! Blocking devices.

Something like the z8 or z10.
should be something like this.
Go to home menu -> system info -> if block installed, you should see menu entry "Check for configuration update"-> Highlight the configuration line, then press 0 (Zero) -x10 times -> It will factory reset and unblock the entire device.

Try to leave the box on overnight to get the latest updates from Google automatically in the background and try again.
Also please share the following info from your device.
Youtube app version: Check from Android settings > Apps
Google Play services version: Check from Android Settings > Apps > Show system apps

are you using the BT1 edition? or the regular Z11 Pro?
Did you try out the common trouble shooting issues as described in the link displayed in one of your pictures?
I recently followed the yt.be/activate/remote signup procedure on my laptop and z12 ultra and had no problems.
Common issues mentioned in troubleshooting are unstable internet connection,wrong code filled in etc..
I would advice you to sign up to YT via laptop/pc instead of QR code
are you using the BT1 edition? or the regular Z11 Pro?

I can sign into YouTube via my google account on my pc or any other device (firestick, etc.) just fine. I have a premium subscription. Use my google UN/PW to access it on all platforms.
ExPATTV is a paid tv service that uses the Z11 box, its the reason I bought it in the first place. I contacted their support and they claim they do not block or do anything to built-in apps on the Z11 box. I access their TV service through the MOL3 icon. I have been using their service AND YouTube app. for months successfully. It only broke last week. I even did a factory reset on the Z11 box and You Tube was still broken.

I have left the Z11 on at night and reset it multiple times, seems to have no effect.
I have tried to uninstall/reinstall You Tube many times both from the google store and the Market and while it seems to work the icon is still there so I dont think it is really uninstalling it.
just today when I try to start the google store I get a "can't connect. check your internet connection and try again". error.. All other apps on the box work just fine with my wireless connection. Signal strength is excellent. It didnt do his yesterday.
Its not a huge deal but its annoying as I like the you tube app interface over the browser interface and I use you tube a LOT.

If available, could you try to connect VPN to a different country and restart YouTube?
I tried this and it worked. I reversed the update and used this youtube version 2.13.08. And I was able to watch youtube. I hope that it works for you.

There is no DELET updates as an option. It is on 2.13.08 now
Like i can see you have very old version of YouTube, please see my screenshot with current version installed on the box. With 5.30.304 it works great on the box.
Btw. there is also the possibility to de-install updates but in your case you need to update to latest version, to get full functionality.

I updated using Google play and MARKET - neither worked - - can you update the version in the market so we can all do this easily?

i get screen to log in, or create account or watch as guest.
I choose watch as guest.
Search for gordon ramsay.
And it works here.

The 27.03 version is working fine on my end. Maybe try reinstalling it?
You can also install the downloader app from Market and install Tizen tube. The downloader code is 6366500

Latest version is 30.19 or so.
And whe installed go to information and switch update dialog on! So you see everytime that an update is available.

If it’s not work, then has youtube something changed or so in Usa/canada.

I’ve done everything that has been suggested . Did some research online and the only thing that works for me is if you use a VPN an American or Canadian ISP will not work !
Any help other than what has already been mentioned is welcomed greatly
