FIXED AGAIN Stuck on dead Android with red exclamation

So my S Mini has performed perfectly for the last 24 hours and has now decided to chuck it.
It is in a boot loop with the Android Logo on its back with a red exclamation sign.

It was running 1.6 firmware.
I have tried the factory reset,

repeatedly pressing the the red button on the remote until the green led on the box flashes red & green then when it does that press the 1 button, this has no affect it just continues to boot with the the error

I need help or suggestions please....
I’m gutted it was going so well

Update....
So I've downloaded the Reset Tool for the S Mini from the Formula Support pages and filled the instructions.
Machine is still stuck in a boot loop but this time it simply shows the loading progress bar, which fills and the box reboots.
It will do this for ever by the looks of it.... If I remove the USB drive, the dead Android logo returns along with the red exclamation sign.

Fixed.....
After redoing the reset tool what felt like a million times, I unplugged everything, replugged everything back in reran factory reset and Voila it booted and we're back in business.
No idea why it decided to crash in the first place....

up this morning and the Android guy is back

so yesterday after setting it back up after getting the thing to factory reset I only carried out a standard set up of sat channels and then my IPTV
no addons, no apps, nothing altered whatsoever

box worked flawlessly all day watching several films and lots of tv and was on and in constant use for 10-12 hours.

Up up this morning turned tv on and noticed box was booting again.
Android man was on his back.
Once again tried restarting it with the reset procedure, nothing again.

So my old Zgemma is back in for today as I’m off to work, so there’s some tv to watch

Slowly beginning to lose the point of the Formuler Forums.... there doesn’t appear to be a lot of interest if we’re being honest ☹️

Only a single USB memory stick 32gb FAT32
a totally stock install with nothjngbadded in the way of apps etc.
We’re back in the game but I’m hoping this isn’t a sign of trouble ahead.

was a new update pushed out in last 24 hours ?

Installed that yesterday....
now have a totally bare install
factory base and then my portal in the MTVOL nothing else added.

Will see how overnight affects it

1 week or so on and Box has been solid thankfully.
No obvious solution identified yet.

Do a factory reset

Unplug mains power from box

Point remote at box

Repeatedly press red button in remote

Plug mains in at same time as pressing red button

Box will power up

Power light will flash amber/green or similar colours

Press 1 button on remote and wait

Box will restart but settings will be back to new
