Mytvonline is version 1.9.43-r1797 after typing in my url so many times I've lost count, I keep getting the message stating " portal not available".. I got service with bestiptv, been in contacts with them but I don't think it's from their end I think it's something with the box. My friend has the same box same service and his works fine. I can't figure out what's wrong with my android box nor can he.
Could anyone help me troubleshoot this?
Also all the other apps appear to work fine. I've also gone ahead and formatted and software reset.
