Hello, I don’t very like to update with a beta release, so when will be the official update availlible ? I have the same problem..
Beta software is still being tested, and there will probably be one more beta version released before the official software is available.
Expect the new official software to be released within a couple weeks at the latest.

I am also having issues with favorites. My old provider was a MAC portal, and favorites worked fine. New provider uses Xtream Codes portal, and I lose favorites every time I close MYTVOnline. Is this a provider issue or a software issue?

I though it was software and xc problem.
A problem with an api or somewhat.

Did you update to the latest firmware? A new hotfix update was released yesterday which notes that issue has been patched.
