Hi,
1. Battery checked and changed?
2. Is Remote Control extender in use? Please, plug out and plug in again, deep as possible.
Last update doesn't have problem with the RCU.

Battery is good, no extender used

Hi.
My problem is I cant turn it off. I have to unplugg it to do that. Maybe time to find another box?
Another problem is It will not save the favorites from one of my 2 providers.
One provider works perfect but the seconnd provider it dosent work?????

For favourites, this has been discussed many tines. I suggest you do some searching in the forums.
As for remote, you’re saying all buttons work except the power off button? If so, you have a one year warranty so you should be able to get another one

Yep I am having the same problem since the last update

Same here. Plus reminder in the EPG seems to have stopped working

I also am having the problem with the remote. Need to press it a few time for it to recognise it.
Only seems to do it on MTO. Works fine when I exit the app.

To others: Same behaviour also with your RCU`s, only in MOL?
