If i understand well, you don't get connect to your provider. Did you contact your provider and ask them?

Yes, I asked but they say it is a problem of updating but I do not believe it.

First Install latest Mytvonline from today 1.9.73.
How do you connect to your provider, MAC/ ID registration, Xtremecodes Api with login or M3U? Country Brazil?
BTW, which box do you use Z+,z7+?
This friend, I'm from Brazil. My device is Z +. I do not know for sure but I believe it's MAC / ID registration. You could help me upgrade to 1.9.73, because here the update did not arrive by itself.
Could you check Brand/model from bottom of your product? Picture from Label (without MAC and Sn!)
