    Whenever I reboot my box (which seems to be often because the standby bug still isn't fixed) it takes an age before it loads and allows me to use.

    It just gets stuck on the loading screen. Is there a fix for this? A fix for the standby issue? A planned fix for either? It is extremely annoying to have to wait 5 minutes every time I decide I want to watch TV.

    Known issue. The developers are looking into it.

    The current workaround is to change the Power Mode of your device from "Power OFF" to "Standby" and don't shut off the AC power to the device.

    Home > Settings > System > Power Mode > Standby

    Unsolicited PMs for support will be ignored.

    Duplicate support requests to the forums and helpdesk will be ignored.
