With MAC /ID and portal it works fine, with XC like you wrote looks like something is wrong. Not sure if this is provider depended or trough update. Must check this first with Formuler.

I give my provider ID number and he said that is not MAC adress.... Soo what is mac adress

ID is used as mac adress by providers.
Your reseller has to ask the provider how to do it if he doesn't know.
Tell him you're using Formuler box.

First post so please bear with me. I have the same issue, tried two subs both with m3u playlist & xmltv and EPG works fine but no catchup. Both subs work absolutely fine on catchup in the providers dedicated app? Catchup provided on selected channels.

So just to follow up on my previous post, I contacted my provider to change one of the subs to a portal, and this works fine with catch up.
So it seems there is still an issue with m3u/xmltv playlists in respect of catch up.
BTW, I'm on the latest firmware & software update for my Z8.

MOL2 and Catchup was all the time working with MAC/ID Portal and XC Api but never with M3U. This was never implemented into MOL2.
If someone want explicit to use Catchup with M3U url he must use then provider app, at least for now.
