VOD Movies showing number instead of name of the movie

I use MxPlayer as my External video on demand. When I try to search for subtitles in Open Subtitles it will not find the right subtitles because it does not search for the movie name. I have to search manually. Because as you see on the picture the movie name has only a number to search for. I had hope for to get the subtitles directly downloaded. Is there anyone who know something about this.

Is there a reason why you're using MxPlayer?

I have this also but i think this is your provider doing this, not the box
