MyTvOnline Channel issue

  • I am using MyTvOnline app on Z7+ for many months without any issue. But last two days, box is connected with provider but all channels are black screen (no Picture and sound). I have confirmed sever is working (as I can see EPG and channel list). I have done a Factory Re-Set but no success, also restarted the router and MODEM.

    Firmware version: v1.2.76, MyTvOnline: v1.9.80, My ISP and provider are same. Can someone help please? Thanks.

  • Maybe your ISP blocked your provider.

    Try with a VPN to see if it works.
