Having the exact same problem on my Z7+. Mytv online keeps crashing everytime I try to load the app. My provider has reactivated the mac address and have had to use another IPTV app to check its working so its definitely the Mytv app which is the issue.
Have done a software and factory reset. In addition to trying out the hotfix. No luck at this point

Hi all i can confirm that tmc007 awsern does work just get your provider to delete and re add your mac
It's providers side, nothing to do with Formuler, will probably be fixed soon. For now use the m3u line.
Here is what they answer me when I told them to reset my MAC address and that the problem was on their side:
"Hello,
They are lying. Your plan was already reset. There is a compatibility issue with the onboard software on those devices (Formuler Z7+ etc...) and the new system. You will not be able to make it work. We can switch your plan over to Streamline Hosting if you like for use with our android apk's and other third party apps which use m3u playlists.
If there is anything else you need help with Please don't hesitate to contact us. If not you can hit the "Close Ticket" Button below.
Thank you.".
So I guess we have to wait for an MOL update...
