Hi, i have to 2 portals on my box, and i want to go into one of the ,The problem i have is that 1 off my portals is not working & i would like to go into the other portal, how do i stop the 1st portal from automatically trying to load, because it is not working, it keeps crashing and telling me to try again, it just keeps looking this way, and i would like to try my other portal, but i have no way to get into my 2nd portal, because it is automatically trying to load the 1st portal , so how can i stop it from automatically trying to load the first portal, thus allowing my to load my 2nd portal..thanks...

First turn off the internet connection.
Then go to the portal and choose what you want.
Reconnect to the internet

I use the Formuler every day, and when you explain someone i must think witch button or how😉
When i have the remote in my hand its already done😂
