Fehlermeldung keine Internetverbindung

Hallo zusammen!
Ich habe die Fórmula z Prime und bekomme es einfach nicht hin egal mit welcher IPTV App meine Liste/Portal zu finden! Habe das auf andere Boxen probiert alles läuft auf der Formular bekomme ich es nicht zum laufen. Internet ist vorhanden aber sobald ich nicht mit iptv Verbinden will kommt immer die Fehlermeldung wie auf den Bilder . Ich hab schon resetet Updates alles versucht. Ich hoffe mir kann jemand helfen vielen lieben Dank schon mal

did you talk to your iptv provider? double check your username or password

yes I have, on another box it works... only on the form z not

Did you install the latest Beta -> Firmware Version : 2.8.85 or 1.2.85 BETA (Device dependent) - MYTVOnline 1 : 1.9.85 BETA

Please also check your internet connection and if you want to use the portal if your MAC/ID is registered.
