Hi folks. My new Z8 can't seem to handle AC3 audio (my friends' £30 player can, however...which is a bit annoying!). I've seen various posts which mention downloading an additional AC3 codec. Is this the case, and if so, please could someone share SIMPLE STEP-BY-STEP instructions? Thanks.

I haven't performed a first set-up, I've no idea what Mytvonline is and I was never asked whether or not I wanted to deny a codec install.
You didn`t started Mytvonline yet? No wonder that the codec is not installed yet. But what for you have this box if you not use already Mytvonline and iptv subscription?
