F Z8 stuck on red light

I have a Z8 that is stuck on permanent red light .. I have tried recorery_facint and update ird but it satys the same on change on red light... its like it's stuck in stand by or power off...any ideas

Does it do the initial boot (led becomes green for a short period and then becomes red) when you pull the power plug, wait a few seconds and then plug it back in?

No it doesn't flash green ..sorry .. yes I have seen that thread and no it doesn't help. tried those suggestions too..
