STB version?
Press "Vformat" button for 2sec. PQSettings will appear, disable all filters under "Imprex Engine", specific "Motion Compensation" and test again. If the issue still exists check your TV settings.
WhenTV and box use same active filters this can bite and produce such scenarios.

i'm testing an Formuler Z7+ in the leaving room with my Samsung Ue55mu7000 connected with Samsung one connect box.
Channels where lagging so I try it on my older tv and all good, so back to the leaving room i tried to change hdmi cable / do some speed test and all seems to be good but still lagging, so I tried to modify some TV features like HDMI UHD color and it works better but not optimum.
Do you have any other advice ?

What do you mean "lagging"?
Turn off all image/video processing options on the TV and try again.
Or try "game mode" on the TV to get the fastest image response time.
