-113 should mean: "Failure [INSTALL_FAILED_NO_MATCHING_ABIS: Failed to extract native libraries."
Or, in english: You are trying to install an app that has native libraries and it doesn’t have a native library for your cpu architecture.
What type of box are you trying to install on?
Trying to install PLEX to connect my servers. I'M always getting an error -113 during install. I first tought it was related to the language setting, but reset my box and configure it in english, I'm still unable to install this app from the market.

As 175n says, also could install the Official Plex Addon within Kodi also.
