I hope this is the correct section to post in but if not no doubt Sam will move it for me please 😀 Finally took the plunge and purchased the Formuler USB DVBT2 for my Z8. On the first install, it was very buggy and amongst other problems kept freezing on the channel when trying to change to a new channel etc. However, on restarting and improving signal quality, the performance has dramatically improved. One problem is that subtitles have to be turned off every time I switch to a new channel. Conclusion, although not perfect, I am do not regret buying it

Don't forget to check where the DVBT transmit station is placed in your area, if you place the antenna on the wrong place of your house it can make a huge difference.
Another tip: there is a very big quality difference between antennas.

Thank you ddd, fortunately I am only about 4 miles from our transmitter and I have full strength/quality with an indoor amplified antenna 😀

DVB-T2 works only so good how your antenna is calibrated and point directly to transmitter. My transmitter is 44km away but the antenna is outdoor and catch perfect signal, works splendid.
