I got a z7+ and a z8.
the z7+ works fine.
since I bought the z8 I got some troubles.
the z8 connects to the portal. The I see and got picture from the channel I am watching. But after changing to some other channels it suddenly stops. Get a black screen with the channel name and details of the channels info etc. But no live feed.
what to do with this issue?
Ps: the box has its last update from last week

Tried to use vpn. Even with vpn the same problem.
Could you clear cache in Apps -> MOL2 and restart the box, test again.

Have the same here on Z8, it suddenly appears while watching and then comes a black screen on all channels.
The EPG is working fine. Just updated the new versions one week before.
factory reset and clear Cache I tried also...
Any advise for me here?

If i put z8 in standby and come back later i have black screen.
I must disconect and conect then its work again.if i look at vod and go back ute same black screen.

I recently had contact with my seller support and we going thru different Settings with no result.
He also seems that it has an issue with the mol2 app on m3u lines...
Also I have an other line on same seller with my Z7 box without any Problems with Streaming...
I´m not amused About the Situation and I hope there is some help here

Did you tested the same M3U url in app like Tivimate?
Same problem her,and with the fire stick it play fine
Same here my iptv provider says this is a known issue with the MyTv Online 2 app. Oh yes I'm having the same problem!!
I had this problem also.
I clear cache in Apps -> MOL2 and restart
And the problem was gone
