Which one did you install, from where? Install the Disney+ app from Formuler Market.

The Disney plus app on the market place works fine, I’ve tried the new version 1.41 from google play and needs to be modded to work correctly

Sorry for the late reply. Thank you for your assistance. My Z8 took a couple of updates that brought apps into place.
