I’m on a Z7+ and latest FW and MYTVOnline. Connected to the provider via portal. Live and VOD movies are working flawlessly but the VOD series doesn’t show any content. I can see the list of series, groups, title images, etc but when I select a series it is empty and says “No results found”. I have tried to login via portal with another iptv app and the series content showed up fine there.
I’ve seen other post where people seem to have similar issues. Is there a solution for this?

Did you guys try installing the beta update? Some changes were made for vod categories.
I am on beta since it came out April 14 and have had no issues so far.
I don't use vod but will check to see if it's box or provider side.

In most cases yes.
I can not use the MAC, because I use two z7 +, oblige to use the XC. So I would always have this problem with the series ...
New official update is out with spez. fix for this and XC (was already in Beta).
1. Install and check again.
2. If the issue still exist, install app like Tivimate and test with this app to see if the same issue is shown or not. Here we can compare if this issue comes from MOL or from IPTV Provider.
3. Tivimate shows all fine but MOL not. Ok, then factory reset your box and set fresh. Report again.
What can you do else in test.
- Give your Box static ip.
- Change from Ethernet to Wifi or vice versa
- Try to use VPN
Would be nice to know the results from your side with vpn. If same with vpn we have to open ticket again and say the issue still exist with newest update and your provider. I belive it is provider dependend. If you try trial from other provider i bet it will work.
Hello, I have the same problem on my Z7+. I can see VOD but no series. I installed another app(premium ott) and all works fine.
First pic is connected via mac/id and second is via xc, connection via m3u link series is empty, so it's mol bug. Connection via xc also empty series with some providers, one worked on another not.
Best solution is to connect via mac/id.
AH so the problem comes from the XC connection.
i hope they will solve the problem ... 
I'm already in communication with Formuler about this issue. Must today reproduce this all by my self and make videos for the devs. Goes then directly to them. For now no need to open ticket.

That`s what i already told in other similar thread, this happens only with few providers that changed or updated something on they panel and now happens this issue with them. Series works with other providers fine. If they would follow some standard on all boxes would everything be same but this is not the situation.
Formuler fixed some provider issues with last update but it seems not all of them. How ever, devs. must check this again, hope they find solution.

it's nice '' formuler '' there are many people who have concerns with the missing VOD series, and no one solves the problem since it is MOL1 and that '' formuler '' only takes care of MOL2.
Next time I will change shop;)
