Also when i want to add an portal or edit it.

Is it at your side at an specific app?

Or try to delete mytvonline from settings and install it again or do factory reset

Hi, is there a way to see the resolution of a Live channel. I know in the upper rigth corner said HD or 4k but where can i see 1280x920 FPS 60. Is there a way or that's a feature that is coming in the next update. Thanks

Do you use original RCU for input? Tested few min. ago, keyboard is always shown if some input needed.

In Live Tv, press button "Info" two times.

I did uninstall mtvo and did a factory reset. When I want to connect to my wifi it still don't get me the keyboard..

I use the original RCU.

Everything was fine before the firmware update.

Hi have the same issue as above, latest firmware update has led to keyboard not showing up as previously used to, original rcu.

Not sure about doing a factory reset if it means no keyboard to log in to apps..

No need for factory reset. Go to Keyboard settings and check first if standard virtual keyboard is activated.

Home Menu -> Cog. Wheel -> Android -> Languages & Input -> Check Virtual Keyboard and choose one under Current Keyboard.

Hello, the keyboard appears in mytvonline and Google play store. But in MTVO I use the payed version of mx player pro as extern player for VOD. And if I want to search subtitles the keyboard don't appear... So iets not completely fixed. Do you know how?

Yes in mytvonline it works but I use external player (mx player pro) because you can download direct subtitles. But if I want to search subtitles for a movie in the mx player pro app NO keyboard is shown.

Activate mouse cursor on your RCU and click into the search field, should help.

Is anyone have problems with mytvonline I have formuler Z7+ box and at the moment when I switch on mytvonline app and leave it on the same channel after 10min or 15min the picture comes black in all channels

Do you use last Update from this thread? Turn off your box completely, restart your router and then start your box. Be sure the same subscription (if m3u) is not in double use, try again.

No I don’t have VPN but when I switch on the IPTV all channels will be working and when I start watching other channel they will come blank again I have static IP is it good ? What I can do to solved this problem?

Since the new update I have 1 ZX which often crash, like watching live TV then you get the small pop up the application stop working and then it restart.

Do you have some checks to perform or recommendation ?

I would try both, first factory reset and if this not work then MOL reinstall. Mol reinstall -> Go to Apps and deinstall MOL, then go into Market find MOL and install again.
