When this happens, it is definitively provider issue no matter what they say..
Did you try with another app? I had similar issue yesterday but now is back to normal. I agree this is provider side.

My screen goes black while changing channel en sometimes it goes 2160 30hz and sometimes 60hz and sometimes it goes 1080 I have HDMI 2.0 with 4k tv
Turn off AFR in the settings menu
Did not try another app because al the rest is shit compare to the mol2 that's why I use it but I talked to provider and after update on there side sometimes don't work good on my z8 sow jeah like Sam already saying.. some provider don't work good on some devices. I changed the portal name sow now it's works for now lol
