    So you're saying that with the BNC lead going to the LNB disconnected the S Turbo Pro boots normally, but when the cable is connected you get a boot loop? Could be an LNB power issue. Check LNB settings in the Formuler’s configuration to see if they match what your LNB needs. Ensure that the LNB doesn’t need more power than the Formuler can provide (which is a rare thing anyway). Also, if you use DiSEqC in your setup (which you almost certainly do of you can receive more than one satellite) you should make sure all settings regarding DiSEqC have been verified. I unfortunately have no personal experience with the Formuler S Turbo Pro specifically, but I have done my fair share of troubleshooting similar issues with other STBs.

    using DiSEqC motor i did even reset to the factory default and recovery mod but no solution it’s a little hot and un normal behind tuner and BNC maybe hardware problem !

    this is new box and i opened it for the first time in costumers home

    I saw many boxes (other brands too) doing this when the cable is damaged or short circuit exist. Did you tested the cable with other box?
