Depends what you would like to do with the box.. but look at the specs comparison and do your own opinion.

The box is great... It is the perfect box for beginner streamers.

I already tested one, I liked it because it has mytv2
but the z7 + is much faster and more fluid

I have extensively tested the Z7, the Z8 and the Neo+, together with virtually every other iptv box on the market. I can honestly say that the Neo is a fantastic option if you want to watch iptv. Yes, it is slightly slower than the Z boxes, but the benefit price wise is definitely worth it. However, if you are looking to do more with the box by adding a few extra apps, that's where the limitations arise. I installed the Audio Optimizer and Amazon Prime, and could not then install Capital Radio app without removing something first.
In short, if you want a great, budget iptv box, I don't think there's much out there to rival the Neo+ for the money.
