Tivimate Multiview Issues .. Black screen when adding another stream

Hello

Can you let me know how to fix the black screen for multiview settings in Tivimate.? When I add another sstream i only get black screens for other added streams. I have 5 connection package with my provider. Any help would be appreciated.

I found via their chat room that Tivimate (especially the updates) do not play well with Formular
