JVC Sound Bar volume and switch Off TV

Hi all,

I just bought a Z8 Pro to replace my Nvidia Shield who will be used with another TV. I have 2 problems, I put setting (CEC) into Z8 to switch ON/OFF my Laser TV and as well my Sound Bar with the Z8 remote but it does not work well.

Switch ON is ok but Switch OFF does not work for my TV.

The Sound Bar is connected HDMI on my TV but I can't change the sound volume.

I hope to be clear in my explanation, not really sure.....🥴

Do I have as well to enable System Sound or not with my sound bar ?

it does not change anything, my TV doesn't switch OFF with the Z8 remote. Very strange because switch ON works well....

For the sound, it's finally ok, it works (not with the main volume button but the ones with front white color in TV Control).
