Pair an apple keyboard to formuler z8

how to pair an apple bluetooth keyboard to the formuler Z8

i have been in bluetooth / add accessory

keyboard is detected , pair

but then i am unable to input the shown code on the screen

result when i hit ok to pair --> invalid code ......

and so no pairing established although formuler has detected the keyboard

make sure the keyboard is not paired with another device and try again

Make sure your formuler bluetooth is off and maybe any other device its been connected to, when i tried pairing apple keyboard a code was generated for the keyboard not the 0000 default code , but i also had to turn off the bluetooth on my pc as it was discover able but would connect to pc and say it failed to connect to formuler. ckeck it

i abandon this, i will atach a keyboard via the usb, until someone has found the solution , i tried to enter the code via the keyboard attached via usb, but this does not help

I've quoted 175n because as daft as it sounds its the biggest cause of things not connecting via Bluetooth on Z8

I've got that old Dell keyboard LOL

My son is a Mac type just asked if He had a mac Bluetooth but he's hard wire like me.

I take it you know this bit

If the LED is on but not blinking, your device is already paired with another host. To unpair it

I used that old dell keyboard of mine

And I tried also the Bluetooth apple keyboard with charging usb cable in it .

First activated bluetooth so that z8 sees the keyb. Than when code presented branched the kb With usb cable

Entered the code and even gave a return

No avail : wrong code stays

So I will work with the wire
