Hi, just got my new Formuler CC. The problem is that the remote does not work. I have tried a different set of batteries but no luck. The IR receiver connection has been also checked many times but nothing happens when you push remote buttons except white remote led blinks. Any help?
I did the setup using PC USB mouse and keyboard, but that is a bit hard for everyday use..

- REMOVE the IR extender from the back of the device and try the remote again
- Test the remote using your phone camera
1) Turn your camera on your phone/tablet
2) Point the remote at the camera and push a button you feel is unresponsive
3) Look for a blinking light coming from the front of the remote in the camera app on the phone/tablet screen.
4) If you see a blinking light the remote is working correctly - if no blinking light the remote is not working properly.If the remote still does not work properly, please provide the information below to assist you better.
- 1. How long were you using it for before it stopped working?
- 3. Provide the Part Number (PN) from the bottom of your device

Thanks for reply Jennie! I have tried to remount the ir extender many times and also checked the remote. Remote IR led is working and I can see it using phone camera while pushing buttons. Anyway the main unit stays unresponsive. I have also checked that the IR remote is in use on UI (two options, Bluetooth and IR )
1. The problem started right from the box. I had to do setup using USB mouse and keyboard.

I bought the device from Amazon.de and seller is willing to take this back, but that will take days (shipping from Finland to Germany and back)...
So if there is anything I could do to fix this that would be better way.

The remote needs to be checked.
Please check your purchase history, purchase receipt and contact the seller and ask for warranty instructions.
Seller should give you proper after sales service following their regional rules and regulations.
In the meantime, you can use the remote control app or the USB mouse and keyboard.
