thnking to buy gtv looks like nice box,
but is it possible to change mac address in mtonline?
or any plans in future like stb emulator?
coz many provider accept diffrent mac
regards
changing of mac possible in future?

On Z8 it's now possible, not sure if they will implement on GTV.

This dosent seem to be rolled out into MOL2 on GTV.

Yes please make this change. I really need this on my new gtv. I don't want to return it because of this reason.

Would you search little bit then you would see that this is already implemented in MOL2 on GTV.
Connections -> sub must be disconnected -> edit -> ID

Nope it won't let you change to any mac address that you want. There is a custom setting but it's only changing the first 6 digits which is weird.

Well of course not, there is a reason for this.

It is possible to change MAC addresses but you need to be skilled and know what to do, in the past it was easy and some times later they start to ”burn”it in the eprom, but even that was possiblr to change just lift it of the circuitboard. Today its even easier since manufacurers has implemented it on the flash and with right knowledge and utility its possible and workable.😉How its done you have to figure it out yourself.
