So is there no way at all to set the IR code of this remote if you do not own another Formuler device? The packaging of this remote control very clearly says "UNIVERSAL".
If not, then this is an extremely obnoxious business practice and I will be sending the remote back. It was not a cheap remote either. It would not encourage me to buy any more products from such a shoddy company either.
