Hi.
After last update i not see live icon in epg some are run in that channel.
And i not see remind me and record icon Burton
And i get black screen 3 sec in most all channel and i select new channel i get same problem.
What is wrong.
Official FW: 2.8.90 or 1.2.90 (Device dependent) - MYTVOnline 1 : 1.9.92

If you don't have issues with your box > Don't upgrade.
That's exactly what I thought. The last time I uppgraded it turn absolutely BLACK. I.e. no function what so ever...
And it took a hell of a lot of mayhem before it worked again.
It makes you wonder what kind of Programmers are involved in the hardware Code Writing. I mean you are intitled to expect a bit more from them. Especially since most of us already have a functioning set-up.
So my question to the Admin is selfevident,,,,
Why was this "Uppdate" released in the first place??

Anyone who are happy with working current system, don`t need to update if he not want, nobody force anyone to update!

I suppose that statement should have been included in the firmware update instructions then.
That would probably had a damage limiting effect.
Well, aside from that I appreciate the gadget and there could certainly be some useful firmware improvements in the future.
Hope you will get your head around the Bugs that need attention.

It is -> WARNING: Install and use at your own risk. Software cannot be rolled back after installation.
Install and use at your own risk means -> Software cannot be rolled back after installation if the user don`t like new update or this doesn`t work like expected. By the way, beta testing is open for everyone who want to test next update, feedbacks are always welcome but.. they must come.

Hundreds of user requests, requests that conflicts with each other, one user like it and other hate it, not possible requests, different provider panels and settings on thousands different providers, continuous changes in routines etc, etc. This is not always easy. From time to time there is always some update that doesn`t work perfect but next should be better and therefore are also detailed user reports important.
I think our head and that from devs are on right place
The bug priority list from developers tells them what to do first.i hope we have cleared all now?

I fully understand your arguments, and I also happen to know its a really complex issue.....
In good faith I would like to propose a little improvement if I may ?
You know the little black "box" under the Red button ?
Thats where you can change txt and sound and also leave a complaint ?
How about including a line at the bottom with a Thank You note to the people who are working with channel functionally ?
And also maybe a line that reads "channel not functioning"
Or something along those lines when sound and video are off or when the channel just gone black?

after the last upgrade, the EPG is moved one hour ahead. Box NANO.

Yes, EPG correct now. I found another problem, but he is not related to this fix. Creating L2TP VPN on your boxes does not work. Only PPTP works.

Can support please fix VPN connection on Formuler Z Nano?
Situation:
PPTP - Works Fine, but in Android you can't make always active a PPTP Connection.
L2TP PSK - No connects ( I am logging the server port connection, Z Nano not make any connection to server for after make AUTH)...
IPSK Xauth PSK - No connects ( I am logging the server port connection, Z Nano not make any connection to server for after make AUTH)...
The VPN Server accpeted connections sucessfuly from my Android Smartphone and from my Window laptop.... So isn´t a VPN Server problem...
It's to strange the Z Nano nor try the connection to the server...
Please Support fix this... don't have any other manner to connect to my VPN Server (Can´t install apps on Z Nano)

Formuler and all supporters are at moment extremely busy. Give them time to catch breath and find time to answer. There are hundreds of tickets with some questions and requests, not only one
Important is that you reported.
