You can also install an app by side-loading.
1Format an external drive like USB dongle with NTFS file system.
2Find and download an app with an APK file format to your PC.
3Save the downloaded file into the USB drive.
4Insert the USB drive into your device.
5Go to Home > File Manager/File Browser app and install the app.

But you are missing the point there is not enough memory internally and it won't let you install to USB on any app once the memory is full.
So is it possible on NEO or Alpha install apps to USB stick?
The pbig problem for me, is the box accept the usb driver.
When I put the usb driver the box says "usb driver successly ejected"

Please try with a different USB, such as Sandisk which is the most popular.
And also make sure if you formatted with NTFS.
If not, try Factory reset
