Good evening, here is my observation when I watch a tf1 channel for example, the fps is 50, if from there I watch tf1 in replay and if I come back to the live of this same channel the fps is 60 with jerks obviously.

yes yes indeed me too I have the impression that the fps is kidding on a certain frequency image.on the z8 the parameters mto its in 50fps on all the application whereas on gtv c 60fps I pence that the bug comes from the but to be confirmed

frankly I also regret some bug it often blocks

i suggest turning afr rate to off as i have done it and as a byproduct of this, the channel switching is much faster as well..don't think you can blame gtv for providing you more features than less..

Why don`t you set and use only 50HZ, this is proper HZ for EU.

The developers are aware of the slow-down issue. Please try the next software update to see if it fixes your problem.

Please make sure to show your fingers pressing the remote buttons and the lag on the tv screen in the video.
After that, use the chatbot at https://support.formuler.tv to create a support ticket and someone will help you report the issue to the developers.

ok no worries i will do that it happens on my lg oled tv when i switch to a vod or a channel which broadcasts 24fps or some time on 60fps on the 50 is no problem.

I installed the beta, my problem 50fps in replay and 60fps in live, is still problem. really disappointed with this gtv. i have to buy for a friend, i don't think i will take FORMULER
No one is forcing you to use it. If you think the product is so bad, just sell it.

Next is Now: I was trying to reproduce your issue and was only able (in 1hour testing) to see once 60fps after quit from catch up to live stream and with fluid Video/Audio! 1x shown/7x not. No jerks or other mismatches at all. Used same channel like in your video (FHD) and i guess also same known provider. This all of course with XC Api.
Interesting is, after i changed the resolution to 4k/60hz, afr shows each stream (live and replay) with 50fps, tried 5-6 times, always 50fps.
Don`t see here any bug. If you need some video proof from me i can make video and upload but not today.
