GTV keeps disconnecting whilst watching VOD content

Hi,

Whilst watching VOD via MytvOnline 2, after a while ( 10 -15 Mins) I get spinning blue circle then it just cuts off back to the home screen and says Ethernet not connected. I can watch live tv flawlessly and have no such issues. This issue only happens when watching any content on VOD. Im currently using an external player (VLC) and do not have these issues, but would prefer to use mytvonline2 internal player instead as it has better features. Connected to portal using M3U, Wired connection and Wifi on box is off. Any idea as to why this happens ?

I've logged in via xc api and its still happening. Honestly stumped. Any other suggestions please ?

Set static ip and used Google dns, so far, so good. Looks to of done the trick. Thanks.
