  • Hi!

I just bought a new GTV and I can't pair any bluetooth headsets to it.

I can view the devices in the list containing their mac addresses but when I select pair device and click confirm, the GTV hangs for some seconds like it is trying to connect and fails to do so... The list displays the bluetooth device mac address and a message that it was not possible to pair...

    Please note that:

    - I tried 2 different bluetooth headsets + airpods pro.

    - All bluetooth devices have been reset before trying to connect them to GTV

    - No other devices other than the remote are connected to the GTV (not even via usb)

    - Nothing is close to the GTV other than the tv and the bluetooth headset

    Any ideas?

    Thank you.

  • Do the Formuler units accept BT as an audio output or just Input? For example, I have AV receivers that are BT, but only for source, not output.

That said, I had trouble pairing my MS BT mouse, until I discovered if I backed out of the Pairing page when it said "Connecting" it would hook up. Before that, if I just stayed at the Pairing page it would fail.

  • Known issue.

At the Pairing screen press DOWN, DOWN, DOWN on the remote and then click the Pair button on the screen.

This bug will be fixed in the next software update.
