Hi! Just received yesterday my Z10 and one of the things that i noticed is that PIP doesn´t work.
Also, the GTV remote doesn´t function correctly, namely the remote voice to do the search.

Tested few min. ago, works fine. If proof needed i can make video.

You forget the difference between Android TV OS and Android AOSP. Voice search is ON GTV with Android TV fully implemented on AOSP 10 not, at least not yet.
175n can correct me if i`m wrong.

Hi. I tried PIP on my Z10 and after first setup, the icon didn’t appear on the info bar to allow PIP…. I disconnected from the connections menu and then reconnected which made the PIP icon appear and now works just fine.

Picture quality seems fine for me and ok 4k @ 60hz however I Tweaked my TV colour settings to get a sharper image and for now no complaints.
What color settings do you have image set to AD?
I have resolution on the z10 set to auto and then adjusted my picture settings on my tv directly

Voice Search on Z10 Pro Max should work when using the BT1 remote.
Make sure the BT1 is actually paired to your Z10 Pro Max using Bluetooth.
The light on the head of the BT1 should flash white when you press buttons on the remote if it is paired correctly.

I Sam! Problem solved. Did a factory reset and e everything is perfect now.

Pip work depending on the provider. So if your sub don;t serve it , nothing.
Also It;s possible through the connection XC api and M3u protocol , not Mac
Hi!! After two factory resets, the issues with PIP continues.
Now, when I long press OK key to go to PIP mode the image starts to flickering and when I change to another channel the screen turns black but I still have sound.
After that, the box doesn't react to any key pressed on remote.
I have do unplug the power cable to restart the box.
Could someone help?

I have 3 lines with my provider.
In my GTV, I have no issues with the Z10 i simply can't use the PIP function....
I have now made another factory reset, this time using the IR hole and a toothpick and all the same.
Would you like me to do a video with the issue?

don't ever set it at 4k,set it to 1080p and this way your tv will do a better job at upscaling than the box

Reconnect Portal or restart the box, if nothing change, ask Provider what happen with second connection.
